Focus is an essential part of your journey to self-awareness. I developed the meditation “Thoughts at Sea” to help you train your attention and break the habit of drowning in unhelpful or painful thoughts. These thoughts can often cost us time, stress and energy. With this exercise, you learn to observe your thoughts and distance yourself from them.
